There's something incredibly satisfying about creating something from scratch. There’s a reason that ‘starting from a blank canvas’ has made its way into the everyday lexicon.

My style is iterative and constantly developing, and I would suggest that this is true of any artist. I add paintings to this site as and when I make them. As it stands, there are a couple more kicking around somewhere that I need to dig out.

But at the core, I use triggers in the world around me to generate a painting sentiment - that could come from a song, an item, a thought, anything.

I don't know if it's good - but I like it. Hopefully you like it to. And that’s the wonderful thing - art is subjective.
